sōle was born from a shared passion for wellness, movement, entrepreneurship and empowering women to live with intention.

As founders, we've spent years building businesses, planning, training, studying health and wellness all while navigating motherhood over the last decade. Along the way, we realized that movement is about more than performance—it's about confidence, resilience, and becoming the person you're meant to be.
